Born: August, 30, 1975, Karachaievsk, Stavropol Region, Russia.
Education:
- In 1997 graduated from Law Faculty of National T. Shevchenko University of Kiev; profession: "Law" (court, prosecution, lawyer);
- In 2000 passed comprehensive examinations for the Candidate's degree for further scientific work and thesis for the degree - Doctor of Law;
- March, 2006, Master of Public Administration, National Academy of Public Administration in Ukraine, Public Administration, profession - National Security (degree thesis subject “Fighting Organized Crime);
- Since 2008 working on a PhD thesis, approved by the Academic Council of the National Academy of Prosecution of Ukraine, subject: “Preventing and Fighting Corruption”.
Job Experience:
18.11.1996 - hired as an intern in the Prosecution of Ukraine, Kiev, Moscow District;
- 12.05.1997 - after the internship was appointed as an Assistant Prosecutor of the Moscow district of Kyiv;
- Order of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine № 855, assigned the title – Lawyer, Class 3;
- 07.17.1998 – Prosecutor, the Department for the Observance of Laws by Special Subdivisions to Fight Organized Crime
- 28.10.1999 – assistant-consultant of the deputies of Ukraine
- 07/10/2002 - senior consultant of the Committee on Fighting Organized Crime and Corruption;
- Since 03.11.05. until 30.10.2007 - holding prosecutorial and investigative positions, Kiev region;
- since 01.11.2007 - scientist, National Academy of Prosecution of Ukraine since 03.2009 – now - a senior lecturer of the Institute of Training Academy .
I participated in the international and national conferences, scientific seminars and practical law enforcement interagency meetings, the author of numerous publications in leading journals of Ukraine regarding this subject.
I'm the deputy consultant of the Subcommittee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the fighting organized crime and corruption on a voluntary basis.
Also, I am the founder and the First Deputy Chairman, All-Ukraine Public Organization “Human Rights Organization "Common Goal".
Married. I have a young son and a daughter.
